Play video from USB on Pioneer HU

hi all,

im facing problem to play videos from USB on my Pioneer HU (AVH-X4550DVD). i've converted the video to AVI format but when i try to play, it says that resolution is not supported.

Does anyone here know what is the correct resolution in order to play video on the HU?

Appreciate all the forumers help.

Currently im looking at Pioneer AVH3450 and Kenwood DDX6031...

this is my first time changing the HU...Hopefully you guys can suggest which one is better...
