Dell XPS L502x RAM UPGRADE

Hei guys.. i m currently using Dell XPS L502x which having 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM..
I m planning to do a upgrade of RAM to 8GB (2x4GB) due to my heavy usage on virtual machines..
I found that research/review said that using both exactly the same model ram will be better and more safety on using
Currently using 4GB model is :
Hynix 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600S-9-10-FP

i was wondering i should look for another one (i found it exactly the same from ebay but from USA and it's cost me around RM160+ without shipping)
or buy another two and replace it..?

if so which brand/model of ram you guys recommend? ADATA or Corsair or Kingston?

Please left a comment if anyone of you got an better idea for me.. thanks!

Hi everyone, i meet up with some problem that i had recently upgraded some hardware.

Here is the currently spec i havin right now.. goin to upgrade more soon

Intel® Pentium® D CPU 3.40GHz
Gigabyte G31M-S2L Socket 775 LGA
2GB Corsair CGM2X2G800

about the temperature show on the HWMoniter izit normal? (i mean the System & GPU)
When i starts with War3 games or HD movies it will increase 10~20'C or more .. i m wondering whether izit normal?
Vapor-X isnt best in cooling right? so does this result shows it really work on?
