Income Tax Issue (Received letter from LHDN)

Serious Issue that I am having right now.

Just received letter from LHDN asking for income tax payment.

Year 2006:
Still Studying.

Year 2007:
My salary was Rm2,150 before EPF & Socso. Gross Salary for the year is Rm25, 800 (Rm2150 x 25800).
I don't even have income tax account as the company didn't open for me.

[BUt LHDN stated that i had to pay Rm 338.31 for tax taksiran 2007 [/B]

Year 2008:
Salary was Rm2, 650 before EPF & Socso. Gross Salary = Rm 31, 800
Bonus Rm 10,000 before EPF & Socso.

Nett Salary Rm37, 202 per annum.
Appro Rm3100 per month..
Company didn't deduct any PCB for year 2008
I paid Rm 10.07 for income tax after I did E-filling

[BUt LHDN stated that i had to pay Rm 1113.76 for tax taksiran 2008 [/B][COLOR=red]

I will check with my account department but i am really shocked and angry!

Any Tax Experts can help?

Need help on the pictures uploaded in My blog!~ I have found that the pictures didn't show properly (it didn't show the who pictures) in my blog as the RIGHT part of the pictures have been cut off.

And i was trying to change my blog templates into 3 column and those pictures are distorted as in some of them were cut off at the RIGHT hand side(the right part of the pictures gone) too!

what happen to my blog ya?

MAXIS GPRS CHARGES

I got my Maxis bill and was very very shocked when i saw the charges for my bill.

Then i found out that they charged close to RM180 for my GPRS which i hardly go online via my hp and my hp don't have the small button to press and go online straight away which people might press it wrongly(i am using SE w595). So i called up to check why they charged it. The customer services told he that he can't do anything but only can send me an itemized billings for the GPRS charges with RM5 of charges. So i said ok for it.

After i got my bill, i saw something like below appeared close to 3 times in my bill!!

So i walked in to KLCC and check.. the customer services told he that he can't do anything but only can help me to request for investigation@!

After a few days of waiting, they said those charges are VALID. I insisted i didn't online and they asked me to go KLCC AGAIN!~~

but i didn't online at those time for SURE!

The right hand side of my car got hit got hit by a cement truck yesterday when i was on my way back from bank to my house. I was driving straight on the very left lane of the road and the stupid truck hit me from my right hand side! so both of the doors of my right hand side of my car need to be repaired and painted. The stupid driver came off and scolded me fiercely but i dare not to get down from my cars and i called 999. Police came and gave him summon and i made a police report.

The traffic police sarjan just gave me back the signed formed which i filled up and told me it was done!

I am wondering how to make claims to the trucks' insurance to fix my cars. -->this one settled

Please help!! How should i make claims to his insurance!

Around 7p.m evening @ Jalan Ipoh (KL)

I was on my way to Jln Ipoh Batu 4 after i went to bank and the traffic conditions was slow moving jam. My car was at the first lane from the left and i was just around 4-5 cars away from the next traffic light on a straight road.

While i was driving slow towards the traffic light, a cement truck hit me from my back door of right hand side and it didn't stop and dragged until it hit my side mirror.. i hon and it stopped then the driver came off and stood in front of my car to scold me! i didn't get down as i was so shocked and scared then i couldnt even open my door. After he scolded me the went back to his truck and i drove my car (i was thinking to at least go to a safer place and i don;t want to block the road) slowly forward and BANG!!! my car got hit again within 5 mins !!!

The bloody truck bang another kelisa and the kelisa bang me again from the back right hand of my car!!! This time my car had to stopped in front of a construction side and i only got down of my car when i saw the couple in the kelisa got down from their cars. The driver came off and scolded the kelisa again! The driver was accusing the Kelisa and saying that i was parking my car to talk to the driver! He used me to make excuses after scolding me!!

There were a lot of call man and one of the uncle scolded the driver back on how he bully me then the driver diam (i think the driver really wanted to bully us).

One of the Uncle told me to call 999 after he saw the bloody driver was so rude and fierce. Police only came some times later and gave the drivers a summon! After scolding and blaming, the Kelisa kena tow to police station and i also went to make a report too.

I only have one police report. I got some pic of his truck then i called up the supervisor of the truck, the supervisor also very rude (no wonder his staff also very rude), i was just wanted to let the supervisor know how RECKLESS is his driver! After he picked up my call, i told him i am calling regarding the truck of Wxx 539 that bang my car, he just replied very rude that, bang ur car then u go report laaaa!! i said i did report already, i just want to highlight to you before he kill anyone and i am not asking any cash from you! then he diam and said thanks.. totally a mess.. and the truck was from a BIG COMPANY started with Y alphabets!!

Any ways to complain the truck besides making police report? --> i found the answer edi..can go complain via JPJ

on the top left corners part, the original templates are as below but after i click the HOME, ABOUT, or CONTACT button on my blogs, it didn't jump to any other pages.. which mean these 3 button are just useless for me where i want to improve on this.. any idea?
