Hi girls! Just have a question to ask. I have 7 pairs of original Jimmy Choo shoes that I got from someone close to me working in retail. These shoes are either out of season or runway shoes that have been worn once. I am looking for someone interested in buying them off me. Problem is I don't have any receipts or shoe box. Any advice on where I can offload them? Thanks a lot.

Hi! I have a problem here. My company website was built by an ex-colleague. Now the website is up to me to update. The problem is the website is built using HTML tags with CSS. I have no problems with the HTML tags as I have previously touched on it before but I have no idea how to edit CSS. Can anyone help me?

I have problems with a drop down list. Right now there is 1 link where when I click on it, a subsection will appear below it. I want to add 1 more and copying the exact same tags on the html file makes the format run.

Ubuntu Bridge connection

Hi everyone. Need some help on whether this can be done. My setup in the office is currently:

Network 1: Unifi
Network 2: Time

I have an Ubuntu server connected to Unifi currently. Is it possible for me to purchase another NIC and install in and then bridge both connections? That way I can access the files in the server whichever network I am on.

Details of the complaint :

After 1 month usage of the power bank, I have found that I can't ever get even close to the 11200mAh capacity so I opened up the power bank and I found that inside contained 4 x 1800mAh batteries. 4 x 1800 = 7200 mAh!!! Below is our conversation:

After sending my item back to hljames and receiving a supposed "replacement" on 17th April, I charged it overnight and have been using it everyday till now. But I still never managed to get close to the specified capacity so I opened the power bank again. If you compare the pictures taken on 29th March and the one below (taken on 21st April), you can see it has the exact same internals. The batteries are still 4 x 1800mAh. The masking tape pattern is the same as well.

Hi, I just had a difference of opinion with another member in koptiam. A news article was posted with some pictures in it. The news article had a valid link to a reputable newspaper but the pictures might have been false and would've been completely unrelated to the article. I know that it is koptiam and people can spam whatever rubbish they want to inside but as a posted is posting news, should it not be accurate? Would Lowyatnet want news articles that are not completely true being posted?

troubleshooting ftp server

Hi!!! I have a problem with my ftp server here. I am using the following software for ftp

-WinXP SP2
-No-ip
-Serv-U

I have managed to setup the ftp server correctly and I can confirm that it can be connected in to. The problem is although I've set up a default home folder for the user to go into when logged in, there are no files showing !!! I tried Filezilla and CuteFTP but both gave the same results. Hi, I am currently using VB 2005 (.NET?) and I would like to create a database app. My programming is a bit rusty and I am stuck on 3 problems.

1) I would like to be able to pull out data from microsoft excel instead of access.

2)The layout of my program is:

Main Screen => select something (example for food, can select chicken, beef, fish)

Sub Screen => a sub screen comes out after selecting from the main screen. This is where there will be a list of things that will be selected (example, fish selected, subscreen shows steam fish, fried fish). The data will then be sent back to the main screen and shown on a rich text box.

How do I open up a new form by selecting something from the main? Also, how do I transfer the data back from the sub screen to the main screen (also, after transfer, how do i keep on adding to the rich text box and not disturb the data entered earlier)?

3) I would like to be able to save the data after selecting everything with a reference number (example, in restaurant will have receipt number 1,2,3,etc.)

Also, is it possible to recall back the data after saving it?
