HALAL KOREAN FOOD? JAPANESE BUFFET?

Hi all, do u know where i can find the non-pricey HALAL Korean food in town? i once go to to Korean town in ampang, but all of them are not HALAL
i have tried "koryo-won" at starhill and KLCC, the food taste 7 stars and of course the price cost 7 stars also it cost us RM300-450!

and do you know where i can get the best Japanese buffet in KL? i forgot the name, but i've tried the one in sunway mall lagoon.

please share to me if u know one ya id be appreaciate it!

My hubby is planning to apply scholarship in Japan, but we both are really blur blur wiv the stuation there..

I really need to know anything, anything about Japan and the scholarship before we finally move there,
especially :

-How much is the estimation living cost there? since Japan is on the top lists of Most expensive cost.
-How much is range for house rent/month? apartment with 2 bedroom?
-Is it hard to get job/part time there?
-Is it true that most of Japanese people cant speak english?
-Is it hard to find Halal foods in Japan?

i have lotta questions here, but please feel free to share youre experience! Juz share whatever you want about Japan..i'd be apreciate it ^^
