Please don't introduce SC at the moment.

Around Klang Valley area.

I might have issue in gearbox / Flywheel ...
the cost is around RM 1,300 for repair.

Engine Mounting for Honda City 2008 i-Vtec

Hi to all forumers,

I own a Honda City 2008, i-vtec. 180k mileage

I wonder if you ever have the situation where you shift to D, sometimes the car will have a jerking vibration and later, a loud sound "GONG" and your car stops for a while before moving forward again.

*Above situation is done when not accelerating at all, just putting "D" or "R"

This is repeating often and getting very frequent.

I was told by mechanics that it is because of the Engine Mounting. the estimate cost will be RM 1000.

Mounting 3 pcs - 1 set RM 800 + Labour RM 200.

Can any Sifu help me on this ?

[WTA] Honda City 2008

Hi to all forumers,

I own a Honda City 2008, i-vtec.

I'm trying to rectify the issue of my car when driving and I need advise from experience forumers to provide your expertise to solve the problem.
(I did ask workshops around and either they are overcharging me at RM 1000 + and above or none related solution, such as oh, you need to change your tyre, add anti-roll bar, Voltage stabilizer or some ridiculous)

Scenario 1:
When I shift my gear to "N", and the car will move forward at the range 3 to 10 KM/HR, it jerks a little, everytime.
I change my gear oil very often.

When I am at the speed of 30 km / hr above, when I shift to "N", it doesn't have the jerking issue.

Scenario 2:
I feel the car is bumpy when I drive. when I go on a straight roads, I feel even Myvi is more stabile (comparing my friends car driving on the same route)

Tyres are fine when I send my rims and tyre for checkup. (2 shops, verify, Lim Tayers and Continental)

Could it be my suspension or shock absorber is time to change ?

Scenario 3:
Air condition wind in the car has to turn to speed 2 then only I can feel the air (non sunny weather condition)

Is there anyway to improve ?
I changed my aircond filter it helps abit but not that good.
(please don't ask me to change car as due to economy, I hope to lower my financial commitment.)

I'm getting 14km / litre for petrol consumption so I think my car is good to drive

Worst Developer - Magna Prima Berhad

Dear All,

I would need help by all parties to escalate this developer whom have been "stealing" money from citizen.

The developer (Magna Prima) was selling their property since year 2010.

The case is as follows:

Many buyers has paid at least RM 150k for the 10% deposit to the developer at least 45 people have signed up to buy the property.

Recently in June 2011, there is a letter stating that UITM is going to take over the property and all buyers are told to meet in the government office in Klang (although property is at Selayang)

After a total of 6 months of waiting and total of 2 meetings, we were told that we will be recieving our deposit back with a RM 300 attendance fee towards the meeting. (till today November 2011, we have till not receive any money back)

However, some people as mention has paid since November 2010 and one year the money at least of RM 200 k (deposit, stamp duty, and lawyer fee) has been paid to the developer and ended up, nothing will be payback but only the deposit + lawyer fee as verbally communicated.

This is so cheating to house buyer as we have lost other opportunity on the alternative purchase of property (every month, property price has been increasing like mad), lost of interest gain from EPF and banks.
