[WTA]Different Internet Connection in same address

Hi, im planning to move in to a condo but i just found out from my house mate that i might have issue applying unifi because they already used the telephone port to apply for TIME broadband. Is anyone know how can I have my unifi while they are enjoying their own TIME broadband? Btw, I prefer to have my broadband connection instead of sharing theirs, so possibility of sharing their TIME can be eliminated.

Your help will be much appreciated.
