A Surprise for my Girlfriend!

Its my anniversary with my girlfriend but i dont know what to do to surprise my gf.
I planned to put things in my car trunk so when i ask my gf to go open my car trunk to get something, she will get surprised.

For example:
Last time my brother during christmas, he put a lot of cotton all over his car trunk, a tiny christmas tree, some balloon, like a santa house and all that, so its basically like his car trunk was decorated macam a small christmas scene.
But now its not chritmas leh, its one year anniversary, I dont know what can i put to surprise her?

If put balloon sounds abit too plain,
you guys have any idea? Urgent, thanks!

Newly-Pierced Ear Swollen

Hello guys im in serious help here... So i just pierced my ears on 22 April Monday, means around 6-7 days ago...
And then approximately like 2 days ago my ear starts to swell... this is not the problem..

Now my earlobe swells so big that it actually engulfs my earring... meaning now i cant see my earring and it is now actually inside my earlobe... no kidding..
Im super worry now... donno what to do.... i checked around Internet and it doesnt have any cases about earring trapped inside earlobe... just only normal swelling...

Can anyone help me and give kindly advice? The swelling is normal but now my earring is inside my earlobe ....
If my earlobes starts to de-swell will the earring be able to come out again?

Just now i kena summons..
But i not sure is given by JPJ or police officers leh.

The summons didnt state anything clearly too.

well, i was on phone while driving at old klang road, keluar from a junction then bam.... a road block right in front of me so i kena la...

Well the saman top left corner got write something like (Polis 257 - Pin 1/0) something like that...
then i ask the officer he say pay around rm150... then at mana-mana traffik in KL...
means what huh?
This is my first time kena summons, so i not sure where to bayar....

Please give serious answers lol... i memang bad luck these past few days
