Hello All,

If I were interested to start a business with my own brand name - food products like beverages/ biscuits, what are the steps I should take? I am not interested to produce myself so I suppose I will have to look for OEM manufacturers.

Step 1 - Look for OEM Manufacturers.

Anyone can advise/ share with me your experience on the subsequent steps?

I'm a fresh graduate and just got an offer this morning. according to the HR, they'll draft the offer letter and ask me to pick it up before i start work on June 1st. so i'm wondering, is it a must to do medical check up before we start work or is it flexible depending on the company policies? I asked the HR and he said no need... just out of curiousity, isn't it a must for medical check up for every employee before they begin work in company? please share your opinion. thank you!
