Hey guys, so some time ago I asked here if some people would be interested in a Malaysian developers / coding community discussion board. I have received a few PMs about it and I thought some people would be interested to join and got to work in making one. I teamed up with 2 of my friends and we created a discussion board mainly for Malaysian developers and creators. It's not just for Malaysians though and everyone is welcomed.

The main reason for this is firstly I love good-old forums, and second, while there are a lot of Facebook groups and Telegram groups, etc. for programmers, there isn't really a dedicated place for it where there are more specific tools for developers to use, let alone a Malaysian one, for example for anyone to share their codes and ask for help (other than the mighty StackOverflow of course).

It's quite empty for now as it is very new and we would greatly appreciate it if you can invite and spread the word to your developer and creative friends and colleague about it.
Expect the forum to have more content over time.

Hi, I'm looking to buy a router with the best range for Unifi. The main concern is the range as the existing router is too slow when you're far away from the router. For price, preferably not too expensive (below RM600 budget). What is your recommendation? Thanks.

Creating a dedicated Malaysian coders community

Hi guys, a few days back I've read a topic about people wanting to be apart of a Malaysian coders place. I am a member of a few Malaysian Facebook coding group and I do believe that we can do better because these places seem to gravitate towards people posting about job applications rather than the coding itself. The groups/channels I'm making will specifically focus on technical coding based on the languages/categories. I have a friend in Singapore who is apart of such thing (Singaporean coders group) and I really wish to create a Malaysian version of it. Hello, I have a situation:

I have an office, where everyone uses the broadband stick on the office desktop PCs to connect to the internet (wifi receiver) by connecting to our unifi router. Now I need to set up a internal sharing network among these PCs. I've tried setting up a shared folder and it is not very reliable since it's slow and sometimes doesn't work (permission and other tedious things) because the 'server' (one of the Desktop) also connects to the unifi router and everyone else connects to it by connecting to the unifi router. The situation is there's no wall Ethernet port in this office but I need to have this internal 'server'. Please tell me how to achieve this. Preferably internal solution, if there's no way, then I'm also open to other solutions.
