Dumbbell exercise

Ok, I have recently bought 2 dumbbell for some weight training mainly for the biceps and forearm. However each time I did that my muscle will be sore for 2-3 days. I have been working out for 2 weeks now. I heard about not working out when your muscles are sore but it will be terrible as the progress will be so damn slow. I have been doing all the biceps at this website and following it as accurately as possible. http://www.shapefit.com/biceps-exercises-s...bell-curls.html. Is there possibly anything that I did wrong?

How do one workout on the forearm anyway or does it automatically gets pumped when I am working with the biceps?

Steering wheel clicking noise

Ok, I just had this problem recently. Whenever I did a corner or the wheel returns to position, there is this clicking noise like something is loose whatever. Any idea where it comes from?

I reactivated my account after 10 months of absence. All seems good at first but when I goes to my server character screen....ITS ALL GONE? now wtf is this...I sure hope its a mistake cause I'll be damn pissed if its not.

Have they changed the character screen interface? Cause mine is blanked. I'm afraid that someone might have hacked into my account, deleted my char without knowing. If my char has been deleted for more than 10 months ago, would Blizzard still reinstate my char or would they still have cached information about it? I'm so mad right now..I dunno what I'm gonna do.

Also, I can never get connected for more than 15 mins. I dunno if I can even enjoy the expansion when it comes out...urgh!! I'm so fcuking mad right now.....Some more I've >7000g hoping to be the first to buy epic flying mount in the server when I reach lvl 70. Now I'm soo screwed!!!

loosed capacitor on my 7900GT

hello all,

one of the capacitor of my 7900GT at the bottom left came off. It was pretty loose at first but once I touch it totally came off. So, I think this is the main reason that damage my PSU. Anyway, my 7900GT is still under warranty and I was wondering if just a re-soldering of the capacitor would work? Cause I'm back on my X300SE and the feeling isn't good at all lol. thanks.

I'm having a problem with my k618 phone not registering missed calls and answered calls in the calls menu...this is really bad. Anyone can help me how to fix it? I tried on/off and my phone memory is fine but still it doesn't help.

Disconnect a lot in BWL from Raz to Broodlord

Hey guys, I am out of wits now. I though my video card was the one that cause the disconnects in BWL from Razorgore's room all the way to Broodlord room in BWL but ever since I have upgraded my video card to the 7900GT and still having the same issue, it looks like the video card is not the problem. I have 2.5GB ram, on streamyx 1MB line, 3.0 P4 processor. Upgraded to latest drivers on everything and disconnects only on that stretch. Can anyone tell me what is the problem? Thanks. I am getting pretty stressed out now.
