A Japanese man dressed as the Joker went on a rampage with a knife while onboard a train in Tokyo -- and video of the passengers attempting to flee is absolutely terrifying.

Check out this wild footage from inside a subway car Sunday that was heading to the Shinjuku station ... where folks were running for their lives after a guy who's said to be just 24 years old started randomly stabbing people -- all while donning a Joker costume.

You can see passengers from one train car hopping to another in sheer panic, and then huddle up together on the opposite end ... obviously scared to death. It looks like a movie ... but it's as real as it gets.

Witnesses told police and local media that the man was brandishing a long knife smeared in what looked like blood -- something bystanders thought was a Halloween joke -- and then he started swinging it, successfully stabbing upwards of 10 people ... per reports

Saudi Arabia and Russia among 37 states backing China's Xinjiang policy

But the letter supporting China commended what it called China’s remarkable achievements in the field of human rights.

“Faced with the grave challenge of terrorism and extremism, China has undertaken a series of counter-terrorism and deradicalization measures in Xinjiang, including setting up vocational education and training centers,” the letter said.

The letter said security had returned to Xinjiang and the fundamental human rights of people of all ethnic groups there had been safeguarded. It added there had been no terrorist attack there for three years and people enjoyed a stronger sense of happiness, fulfillment and security.

As well as Saudi Arabia and Russia, the letter was signed by ambassadors from many African countries, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Belarus, Myanmar, the Philippines, Syria, Pakistan, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.

(Reuters) - The United States on Monday confirmed a Reuters report that it will amend its prohibitions on U.S. companies doing business with China’s Huawei to allow them to work together on setting standards for next-generation 5G networks.

The U.S. Commerce Department and other agencies signed off on the rule change, which is awaiting publication in the Federal Register, Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The rule was sent to the Federal Register on Friday and is set to be published as early as Tuesday

Sehingga jam 7.00 petang pada 14 Mac 2020, seramai 4,942 peserta menghadiri perhimpunan tabligh di Masjid Seri Petaling telah berjaya dikenalpasti. Daripada jumlah ini 3,069 telah datang ke klinik kesihatan untuk pemeriksaan dan saringan. Hanya 1,634 mengalami gejala jangkitan saluran pernafasan dan telah diambil sampel. Seramai 137 orang telah dirujuk ke hospital. Manakala 2,932 peserta telah diarahkan bagi menjalani home surveillance di rumah masing-masing untuk tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh akhir menghadiri perhimpunan tabligh di Masjid Seri Petaling. Penyiasatan dan pengesanan peserta perhimpunan masih diteruskan.

BERAKING - Geely invests $326 million to build

BEIJING -- Zhejiang Geely Holding Group said on Tuesday it is investing 2.27 billion yuan ($326 million) in a new satellite manufacturing plant in China, where it plans to build low-orbit satellites to provide more accurate data for self-driving cars.

Geely, one of China's most internationally known companies due to its ownership of Volvo and investments in Daimler and Proton, is building the facilities in Taizhou, where it has car plants.

The company aims to produce 500 satellites a year by about 2025, when it expects its cars will have more functions to connect to the satellites.

Geely's technology development arm, Geely Technology Group, launched Geespace to research, launch, and operate low-orbit satellites in 2018. Around 300 highly skilled staff are working on the project, Geely said.

Geespace will begin the launch of its commercial low-orbit satellite network by the end of this year, Geely said.

The company said low-orbit satellites would offer high speed internet connectivity, precise navigation, and cloud computing capabilities to cars with autonomous-driving technology. They will also meet demand for high-speed connectivity capabilities that can deliver fast software updates to vehicles.

Geely, which sold 2.18 million cars last year, is among global automakers from Tesla to Toyota racing to pursue self-driving technologies.
