They are only interested to sell you the projector, but do not want to service you.<br /><br />i have 2 unit of the dell projector.<br /><br />1200MP, the fan is faulty out of warranty, call to dell, they just say they dont do service for dell and pass me to sales team, expecting me to buy new one. <br /><br />another unit 1610HD, the leg broke off. I wanted to buy the parts from them. again, they tell me they don&#39;t keep parts for dell projector.<br /><br />I have been using dell notebook and projector but this will change it.
