Unprofessional Practice at Tax Agent/Accounting

Hey guys, i am not satisfied with my local tax agent/accounting firm.

My company hasnt been submitting the yearly accounting officially to LHDN, but we are paying monthly LHDN tax using an estimate amount of previous year sales.

This accounting firm/tax agent of my company is not entertaining on my late case and keep on asking me to change tax agent whenever i ask her when will the accounting be done (i have handed in all docs to her back in April 2018), but still she hasnt done any single thing yet.

I am worried that my late case will be getting more and more late, and the penalty i am about to pay is higher eventually.

Please, is there any way i can complain ?? Or please advise me

For me: it seems like my watch has been slowed by 10 seconds every day (I never experienced it being fast before)

I compared it to my iPhone watch time (min and second hand in my iPhone)
