I wish to study in oversea, hopefully to be in UK. <br />I wish to get some advise on:-<br /><br />1. Which university to study in? <br />2. Rate on fees + Accommodation per month/ year?<br />3. Able to work part time there?<br />4. Is IELTS hard to pass?<br />5.
