SPA dispute

Hi all sifus,

My owner (vendor) is insisting that I amend my s&p terms on the duration of the release of balance purchase price upon expiry of 14 days (he wants 3 days) from the presentation of the title and transfer to land authority.
My lawyer suggested 14 days to be retained.
Is this 3 days a norm or he's just been over demanding? Also how would a shorter duration affect or create a risk to the purchaser?

Can anyone help? This is turning into a dispute and delaying the spa signing over 14 days.

Its a lease hold condo but going for 420k!! I've seen the place..looks so so only... planning to a condo unit in Tmn Desa. But 420k seems a bit high...

Quite interested of getting myself enrolled in the course for part-time. The course structure looks good but the big question is that is do you think its worth it for the price? 28k for 2 years..
