And I need to enter into a full contract of 12 months to upgrade a plan?&#33; OR am I being cheated by the reseller?<br /><br />It doesnt make sense since I already completed my contract now and I wanted to upgrade to a higher package, and I dont need a new modem too&#33; Why would I need to pay extra money and get a new contract for this?<br /><br />does anybody know away to avoid these?
