All our products sold is branded and the brand do have their own website.

Job Requirement:
- to create product's description and save in word file (you can copy & find it at Google or the product's brand website). You are require to alignment, font size and look nicely.
- you are require to use Photoshop to design at least 1 image for our product's main image (So, you need to have an intermediate design skill)
- Each products required at least 4 images (1st and 2nd would be design by you. The 3rd onwards you may get it from google image)

My question is, since the speed is so fast and we do have cloud system. Having to say that, in 5G world our smartphone not require to download mobile apps anymore ?
Will it be a good idea just using browser and access to any so called web apps ?

Recently I've a question is regarding the setup of Sdn Bhd.

1. Why Malaysia Sdn Bhd nominal value MUST be RM1 ?

2. Is that possible I'm increase the number of shares, but maintain the value of a company?

Dear all,
We've one company called A Sdn Bhd the open on 1 year ago. Knowing that for Sdn Bhd , the par value usually is RM1. So, during opened the company, our paid up capital is RM1 mil which is 1 mil shares.

The situation as below:

Mr. Wong paid up capital RM600K and received 600K shares
Mr. Tan paid up capital RM400K and received 400K shares.

So, now after a year and our business is in healthy growth. We found one investor willing to injecting fund to our company.
I told him, Mr. Jack (investor) , our company value now is RM3 per shares. Which means appreciate from RM1 to RM3 (market cap is RM3 mil now). Mr. Jack agree that price and want to invenst RM750k into company

So, with new funding of RM750K, based on post-money valuation, Mr. Jack will have 750K / (3mil + 750K) = 0.2, which is 20% shares

So, we will ask the company secretary to raise / create new shares and sell it to Mr. Jack.

at the end , the shares of 3 of us is look like below

MR. Wong 600K shares , holds 48%
MR. Tan 400K shares , holds 32%
Mr. Jack 250K shares (with raise new share of 250K, Mr. Jack will have 20% shares of the company)
(because sdn bhd par value is always RM1 per share, so, we only can issue 250K shares to Mr. Jack)

the new value of the company is RM3mil + RM750K = RM3.75mil (post-money valuation)

Now, the question is since Mr. Jack invested money is RM750K ( to exchange 20% shares), in terms of accounting record. we will put the RM250K under paid up capital.
How about the balance of RM500K ? We should record under which account ? Share premium? OR Equity Financing?

But, if we record in Share Premium, I did google search, share premium is non-distributed means we can't use the money in share premium account for business activity (eg. buy stock, pay salary etc).

E.g: when we pay our telco such as Maxis, Digi, Celcom, the credit card bank manage to give us few % as cash rebate???
