I'm heading to USA in about 1 month or so and planning to rent a car. Is it okay if I book earlier or just look for car rental services directly when i reach USA?

Some of my friends told me that you have to go there directly to show your documents (driving license etc) in order to rent a car.

anyone from Ipoh can suggest a few places to visit? I'm looking at this lost world hot spring resort.. would it be appropriate to bring my girlfriend go for the hot spring and visit around ipoh? I've never been there before but I've seen most of the reviews mentioned its for small children.

why do i see some people sell dogs with MKA cert and without MKA cert? What is the difference like... dogs with MKA cert... we'll be able to track back to its ancestor to prevent getting scammed or something? but i heard there are some shops that forge MKA cert and scam you ._.

i just pissed off my room mate cos my dog accidentally peed on his blanket a small part only... he memang tak suka my dog one... do you guys really think i should just give up raising this dog and preserve friendship...?
