Lawyer or not? Claim geran from developer

Hi all,
My parents has a shoplot without geran for more than 10 years. Recently the new developer has taken over the old developer and geran has been release to all of us.
The new developer has stated we need to engage lawyer for our own unit geran while there are people advised ua to go thru state land office which could be lesser charge and straightforward...
Appreaciate any of the property expert can advise which is the right way to do so?

Income Tax : PCB deduction incorrect from EA

Guys,
i have worked in a company early 2010 for 2 month plus, and i received 2 month payslip that, they have deducted my salary to PCB.
i got suprised now when i received the EA form from this company > RM0 PCB i have paid...

anyway to check the total figure that i have paid for lembaga hasil during 2010?
can i call up the e-filing hotline(always cant get through) to get them tell me the exact figure?
