- 4th floor without elevator
- 1.2km walking distance from MRT Kajang
- Various eateries around especially Chinese food (only 300m away)
- open carpark area surrounding the flat (non-guarded and non-reserved parking space)
- RM400 (cheapest, non-negotiable) exclude utilities charges
- 2 months rent deposit + 1 month utility deposit

Money in the bank a/c got decucted unauthorisedly

As per title, I found my money in the bank account was deducted twice from the account, each time RM24 in the same month. After that I called the bank and found out it's the PA insurance premium.

I was suprised because I have never agreed to sign up that insurance in the first place. I have never signed a doc to prove my consent, I have never made verbal agreement with the bank/ insurance agent to buy that insurance also.

Very soon I found up it is the bank officer who handled my car loan application (Mr. S) secretly 'helped' me to sign up the insurance without my permission and subsequently auto debit my money each month! I immediately contacted my car sales agent and confirmed that I have never bought that insurance when I purchased my car that time.

Subsequently, my car agent called up that Mr. S and I was informed that it was true that Mr. S did not get my permission and signed up the insurance. I was so angry and went to that bank the next day. Unfortunately the a lady officer in that bank said they do not have that staff I have named and the same lady asked me to deal with the Mr. S personally if I wish to get the full refund from the bank for the premium deducted. Her reason was since my premium was deducted twice, it is unlikely that I could get back my money.

Now I have been dealing with the Mr. S for about a month. The money was not credited back to my bank account. And I am not informed whether my policy has been cancelled or not. I am upset because I gave Mr. S chance to resolve the issue without complaining him through proper channel.

The question: what is the proper action to be taken?
