CIMB released 2 stages of progressive payment

Is it normal for bank to disburse progressive payment for house loan that is currently in completion stage (b) structural framework of building (according to the standard Schedule H); together with stage c? - walls with door and window frames placed.

The problem is I only received billing for stage (b) only late last year and until now still did not received stage c) of the progressive billing. But the bank released both stage payment to the developer in one lump sum which represents 25% of the house price. So I suspected my bank trying to earn more from me since I have to pay more interest to them per month. I start suspecting them because they also promoted me some personal loan for house renovation and the Sunlife Insurance (their preffered MRTA provider) trying to upsell me their insurance.

What should I do? Can I report this to the Bank Negara after confirming with developer or their lawyer that they also did not received invoice for stage c) too? Can the bank do this to its customers? Dahlah interest rate mahal giler @4.6%..

Hi,

Recently I'm buying online from wechat. We deals through whatsapp. The seller request booking before we meet to avoid no shows. He gave me his account numbers.. I'm tranferring the money through online banking (not much just RM50). Then I wait for him at the agreed meeting place.

Guess what? He not replying me afterwards. The last msg from him is otw. Any ideas how should I report his bank accounts for fraud or suspected mule accounts. Do I need to make police reports before asking the banks to close his accounts? I already reported the user on wechat, they are already permaban him.

The amount is small for me and I have been 'friends' with the seller for two years on wechat. However, I need the banks to close down his accounts so he won't dare to cheat another person. Anyone working at fraud department at the bank knows something? How should I go about it? Appreciated your help. Thanks. ☺

(WTA) Where to Repair/Services Suzuki Bike in KL

Hi guys,

I am using kapchai Suzuki Smash FI. The problem is the FI light indicator goes blinking 3 times intermittently during riding. The book manual says that if such thing happen we should go to the workshop for a check-up. There is one time, when I go from gear neutral to gear 1, the engine(?) start stall/lagging with loud sound.

Did anyone knows any workshop around KL that specializes with FI engine or any Suzuki workshop that can help? Prefer if they are selling original stuff. Thanks.

P/s: Most workshop does not have that much knowledge on FI engine afaik

Did I need to do anything on my part? The agent just gone missing after received their payment. My concern is after end of 90 days did I get charged on late-interest penalty because not doing full settlement to the auction bank?

I regret because did not do further research on the house first.

Deciding to buy a motorcycle

Hi guys,

First time bike user here, just got a license. I need a suggestion on which bike I should get for riding to work (around 60KM per day, going to and back, mostly on the highway). After surveying a market for about a month, I skimmed it down with these three choices:

1) Yamaha Nouvo LC, which is a scooter and is the most expensive out of the three at around RM 6,500. I choose Yamaha's scooter because afraid it will be stolen if I go for normal Yamaha bike.

2) Second is Suzuki Smash Fi at RM 5,300 which I most keen with because it was least targeted by theft and can save on fuel a bit because of fuel injection engine.

3) Lastly my cheapest choice SYM E Bonus at RM 3,500 so I can save money for other things..

If I can get around 5 years from this purchase is good enough for me. Any other suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Help with problem

Hi guys,

I have a 8 years-old cat that losing weight drastically. Suddenly he's losing appetite and have a hard time to defecate.

I have an experience with a cat that dying because of the same problem and the caused is said to be of kidney failure. He is unable to eat and becoming weak after a few days. Unable to bear the sight, we proceed to give the feline the anesthetic shot.. The vet said there's nothing can be done.

I can see my cat sometimes stared on the horizon like just waiting for his time to come..

Anyone have any idea regarding this problem? I don't think this is a work of sabotage.
