Help me to choose a mobile operator

Hi to all,

I'm currently have NO CONTRACT with DiGi SmartPlan 68 with monthly commitment RM48.00 (After Rebate RM15.00 + Auto Billing RM5.00).

Smart Plan 68 include:-
1. Free 3GB Internet Quota
2. 15/min Voice call; 10sen/sms

Now, I want to sign-up a new contact and get a new Note 3 or S5 for a rebate. My usage pattern as below:-
1. Use around 1.3GB Internet Quota per month
2. Use Voice Call around 550 minutes - 700 minutes Per Month
3. 30 - 50 SMS Per Month
4. I'm travel mostly from Kedah Until Selangor
5. Average monthly payment around RM 140.00

May I know which mobile operator can offer the most attractive package without incur additional monthly payment?
