Queries about Amway TQG system

I've been approached by a friend who claimed to be doing well in this so called Amway TQG System. She has been inviting me to join the team to grow the business together. I've been asked to pay RM85 for joining fees but I have still no idea what is the system all about? I'm still considering that whether or not to join the system as I doubt its opportunity as well as marketability if it is just another MLM/Direct Sales strategy... Looking forward any helpful advices from you guys....

I am going to buy a new Notebook, my budget is RM2500 more or less, I personally prefer HP Pavilion series.... Is there any suggestion or recommendation, non-HP will also do.....
