Rapidshare and Depositfiles throttled by Stupidmyx

My rapishare and depositfile download is extremely slow, around 3-5kbps and it has been like this for 1 week now.

Doesnt matter what IP I use or what time of the day I download, its not only slow, it cant even finish downloading the files, the speed will drop to zero and the file will become useless.

Anybody facing this problem within this week or last week?

I live in Kuching, so it could be an east malaysia stupidmyx thing, but not sure.

I want to kill streamyx!!!!!!!!

I have also noticed that my deluge will sometimes drop ALL OF ITS international peers for 1 or two hours at night and only accept malaysian peers with shitty speed, but it'll return to normal after 1 or two hours. Very strange, must be streamyx trying to shape the traffic by mean of "BLIND THROTTLING" according to some fixed period of time every day.

Since they cant throttle deluge (too complex for stupid streamyx droppout engineer to throttle). THey opted to shape the traffic with BLIND throttling, hence it screw everybody's speed up.

But that's just my guess.
