Need help!

I have a Dell Inspiron Mini 9 which I bought last year with Maxis, it's the one with the built-in broadband.
Everything went well until last month, I dont know what wrong with my computer but the screen went blue when I turn it one(sorry I'm really a noob when it comes to this techy2 stuff, so please bear with me).

So my friend volunteered to format my netbook. The problem starts after I got it back. The Wireless Manager(maxis broadband) is gone but I completely understand as thats what happens when u reformat ur computer.

And the [low disk memory] dialog balloon pops up all the time so I uninstall Microsoft Office(My netbook x come with microsoft office to begin with) but even after that the balloon still pops up. I know netbooks have very low memory space but at least before i reformat my netbook, I installed picasa, photoshop, illustrator and songs without any problems, and no low disk memory balloon pops up. all these only happen after i got my laptop back. and oh yea, when i connect the cable to electric point, my netbook still uses its battery. and im sure that theres nothing wrong with my cable.

please help me! what has happened to my computer?

(sorry with the lack of techy terms. i'm really zero when it comes to this)

thanks in advance!
