Graphics card choice

I'm buying a new graphic card soon, and my budget is around rm600-800+ ... i've been searching around, especially in Garage Sales and I've narrowed my choice to radeon 6870, gtx 560 ti and radeon 6950.

I'm quite a conscious buyer and I always choose the products that give me the best value for the buck. i always play on 1920x1080 and crossfire is a possibility in the future but for the time being, i'm getting one card only. usually i dont really favor OC card but i still accept suggestions anyway.

So, hardware enthusiasts out there, please give me some advice on this matter?

1920x1080 on 24 inch full hd monitor

i just started using a 24 inch full hd monitor now. when i turned the screen resolution (using the display management or ati catalyst) to 1920x1080 60hz, the screen shown is not actually fullscreen, instead there's a black gap surrounding it. it also happened when i turned to 1280x720.

but when i use 1680x1050 or smaller, it became fullscreen with no black gap around it.

i wonder if it's actually normal?

Hi! Sorry if this topic is mentioned before

Im looking for a portable amp that is hopefully small enough that can fit in my backpack (or even shirt pocket lol)

I thought of FiiO e5 but im looking for other options

My (noob) audiophile rig is samsung yp-p2 and sansa clip+ with sennheiser px100 and phonak audeo iem

my concern is that there is not enough juice for my precious phonak so that's why im looking for a good amp for it

any help is appreciated!
