Looking for : Administrative Clerk

Job Descriptions
1.Basic bookkeeping of documents & files
2.Maintain and update filing in database systems
3.Complete & mail bills,invoices or checks
4.Follow up purchase order with customers
5.To carry out duties as per insutruction given by superior
6.Handle other tasks when assigned

Job Requirements
1.Candidate must at least possess Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'' O Level
2.Required language : Chinese,Bahasa Malaysia, English
3.Preferably have at least 1 year working experience in related field
4.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
5.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
