"Incorrect signature" upload photo using WLPG 2011

I installed Windows Live Essential 2011.
When i publish photo to Facebook via Window Live Photo Gallery 2011,
error message "Incorrect signature" appear.
I already link facebook with Windows Live.
Why this will happen? and what's the solution?

Unable to suft any Microsoft related website

My another PC which is running genuine Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service pack 1,
can surf any websites, EXCEPT Microsoft related website,
therefore i cant download any microsoft product, as well as Live Messenger.
I cant download Live Messenger via Live Download.

I using a genuine, licensed and activated Microsoft Windows!

What is the cause of such problem?

I rate "SLAX 6" as the best Linux OS of all.

It's 32 bit X86 based Linux platform.
It's ultra portable , it has only 190MB,
included all basic tools and ultilities.
Lots of softwares support too.

The awesome features are:

1. It can be boot from USB thumbdrive, CD, and Harddisk.

2. Install softwares by "Copy And Paste". No headache on installing softwares, drivers, etc...
Because you just need to find and download softwares (known as Modules) in Slax.org website, and paste it in the folder "Module".

3. Support many softwares, eg: Avast Antivirus, FireFox, VLC player, Messenger, Open Office, Flash Player, J2RE, media codec...

4. Multi Language supported. Can switch OS language. Chinese display/input available.

5. Read and Write NTFS, FAT, FAT32, formatted Harddisk/Flash Disk.

6. Easy to use, fast, compact, reliable, compatible, stable, secure, portable...

It's best to use as alternative OS, and back up agent when you can't load Windows at all.

Can't online after install ATI Radeon Driver.

I'm using 128MB ATI Radeon 9250 AGP 8X graphic card,
installed on a Pentium 4 2.0GHz pc, 1GB DDR RAM,
running on a genuine Windows XP professional Services Pack 3, and
online using Streamyx by LAN.

I have no problem with the integrated graphic and nVidia 6200 graphic card.
but since the nVidia card spoilt, i use my old ATI radeon 9250.
But since I installed the video driver for ATI graphic card, I couldn't online anymore,
and I can online when the driver is uninstalled.

I have try both new and latest ATI Graphic drivers, the problem still persist...

I have no problem with my ADSL modem, and I still can online under Safe Mode and Linux.

SO, please.... anyone can HELP me?? At least can let me know the reason for that situation.
