Just want to know, is it true that this reduce/redeem only can do once a year? Still got balance in acct2 and thinking of paging off debt so can buy another house.

Dear guys and gals..

Wanna ask u all this.
Recently I found out that my housing loan interest is around 6.8% and not 6.6% - 2.x%.

I'm think of refinancing the house but the issue right now is most of the bank only wanna do refinance for RM250k.
My outstanding balance is at 122k.

I think the max amount that I'm willing to do is around RM200k. The balance I would like to put in ASB.

What do you think of this?

Unable To Connect To Digi Using Alcatel Modem

Hi all,

I just changed from Celcom to Digi but unfortunately having problem to connect to Digi with Alcatel One Touch X060S modem. Tested my SIM Card with other modem and it is working fine.

I've try to call 016-2993333 but no one is available.

Please help.

I'm using GPU Sapphire 4830 and didn't find any option that allow me to have different set of wallpaper for Monitor 1 and Monitor 2.
Any idea how I can use two different wallpaper for my monitors?

Guys. Just wanted to ask..

Just bought the following items yesterday and the system is damn silent..

1. Proc - E8400
2. Mobo - UD3L
3. RAM - Corsair Dominator 4GB
4. Hard Disk - 640GB WD
5. GPU - Sapphire HD4830
6. Power Supply - CM 650 Watt
7. CPU Cooler - Ultra 120 Extreme
7. Casing - CM690.

My question is all the fan function for the above things already fully utilized but I still got the CM690 side panel fan to connect.
Is there any additional "adapter or whatever they call it" to make from 1 fan connection to 2 fan connection at mobo?

Hi guys,

Basically I've choose the below setup for my rig and would like to know which type of RAM suits the best for the rig.

Proc - E8400
Mobo - EP45 - UD3L
HD - WD 640GB SATA
GPU - Sapphire HD4830

The issue now is which RAM should I choose to complete my rig? Should I choose PC6400 DDR2-800 or PC8500 DDR2-1066?

Mainly use the PC for Photoshop, Illustrator and Gaming.

Hi experts..

I need to built a new CPU since my current CPU already kaput. Budget for new CPU is as stated.
I already have 2 15" monitor and if possible wanted to bring my dual display card (AGP format) as well to this new CPU.

The PC is mainly use for Photo Editing (Lightroom, Illustrator and Photoshop) plus Gaming (Football Manager).
