MPKJ Parking Compound

Okay, here the story, I know it's my fault parking at wrong place at Kajang without yellow box [kesalahan Sek. 4(2)], but here's the issue and i would like to ask,

1. it says tawaran kompound = RM80, but i heard my friend says it actually still can be discounted? cause rarely see majlis perbandaran fine parking that much lol, can the compound really be reduced?

2. and the most WTF thing is..... my car plate is WQMXXXX, inside the compound paper stucked to my windscreen, it's written as WOMXXXX,but is there any ways to check the compound details online? googled alot but can't seems to find a link inside the official site to check for the compound details also, and i smsed using POLIS SAMAN to jpj today (16-12-2012), not sure whether the system is linked anot, it says no summons yet, or maybe cause they haven't refreshed yet? cause the compound date is (14-12-2012)

Hope someone here can let me know @.@ [and i thought "O" is not a valid alphabet for malaysian car plate? weird mpkj fella]

Uhrm, i'm using

Xeon E3110 [similar to C2D E8400] OCed to 3.6Ghz
Asus 560ti direct CU II
KVR 2gb x 2
Win7 32 bit

the question is, currently i'm using Samsung SyncMaster 2033SW for gaming purposes, however i noticed a HUGE difference between the display of mine compared to my friend's dell 20" monitor(probably LED backlit, not sure), so i'm planning to upgrade my monitor, can any1 give me any advice for new monitor?

- must be good in image producing [most important!]
- probably 20" (at least 1600 x 900 can be less stressful to the gpu for upcoming gpu demanding games)
- price doesn't really matter but if possible pls list them out
- doesn't matter 3ms or 5ms response time
- either TN / IPS [i think 20" only got TN, correct me if mistaken ]
- design... apa pun boleh la~

here's the issue, my phone was stolen, and before i got a replacement sim card, the thief actually used my simcard to make some calls amounting to almost rm3.00 using my prepaid sim which is inside my phone, i'm lucky as i'm a signed member of hotlink online, so i got to track down all those numbers he made using my sim card during the period my phone got stolen, the website even traced that he was using nokia 6610i, now i'd gotten the e-statement with more than 5 anonymous numbers my sim called during the period my handphone got stolen, will the police track them down using the phone numbers? anyone kena this kind of thing before? it's mad to actually use my sim card to call pl, but i tried calling to some of the numbers, and one of them turned out to be a handphone dealer! omgggg, i'm not putting high hopes to get back my 5 days old samsung captivate, but i do want justice, as the robbers are ARMED, i'm lucky i didn't got hurt, but i don't want it to happen to another victim as being pointed a machete at your face is not fun at all duh

Uhrm hi, currently i'm going to buy either of these 2 handphone due to my tight budget,

Samsung Wave s8500
Samsung i897 Captivate

The price between these 2 is quite near, and currently i'm going for Captivate, but the only problem is, it's under AT&T but i'd been told that it's usable in Malaysia, but i'm still afraid bout the unlocking thing just incase it can't be used after some software update or etc. , the main reason why i chose captivate over wave is because of the Bada os, however now i still can't actually make a choice because wave seems more famous and it's got the highest ranking in gsmarena lol, and after searching LYN forum for abit, it's hard to find any1 using Samsung Captivate... and i scare it's not so supported in Malaysia, and all those screne protector/casing might also hard to find in Malaysia... can any1 with experience share some views? sorry i'm too new in smartphones, as i'm switching from sony ericsson ><
