Hello guys! I've been thinking really hard for almost a year and I have no idea what to do till now. However I narrowed my choices to only engineering. I have a few questions to ask...

1. What should I be expecting on the first year for electrical engineering + computer systems / chemical engineering?

2. What will I be learning about if im in electrical + computer engineering? Building soldered robots running on circuit boards and etc is mechanical not electrical right?

Hello guys!

So i signed up for Ausmat course in Sunway lately and i'm starting soon . Now i'm having a lot of trouble choosing what subjects to take for the options or so called choices for undergraduate courses next time .

Okay so my choices are :
1. Engineering
2. Computer science
3. Anything related to science field . (ex : biomedical, bioscience , etc etc)

So i've talked to the lecturers and i've been told that to enter engineering courses ( Already planned to go for Monash ) i'll have to take Maths Specialist .

There are three types of maths :

1. Maths A/B
2. Maths C/D
3. Maths specialist ( Only for ENGINEERING)

So for other undergraduate courses , i'll have to take maths C/D as maths specialist is only for Engineering . May i know if this is true ?

Ausmat students do you mind sharing some of your experiences ? I'm plannign to take 6 Subjects ( 3 Sciences , 2 Maths and English )

Is it a lot of pressure and work for taking 6 subjects because i've heard that even 5 subjects can kill you, mentally .

My friend uninstalled his Media Gallery in sony viao and on startup this installer will pop out and after awhile, it pops out again . After a certain period it will pop out and asks the user to find the folder. How do i fix this? This is already uninstalled.

Hi guys, I usually play HoN and Dota , alien swarm and L4D2 . I like games like these but after awhile i get bored playing alone and there are so many 'pros' in the game. I can't seem to understand anything! Worst is i have my essay exam this monday ! I spent my whole day . TRYING to READ and MEMORISE . but i remembered nothing i have read. May i know how to study history? It's killing me . ughh... Btw, i spend about 20 minutes on one page and after reading a few, i forgotten everything . I have trouble reading because after reading one sentence , i feel sleepy and can't seem to concentrate. Sigh

Guys, i bought black ops and played it on my comp. If i have no programs like MSN or firefox on it will run. but when loading abit slow. Playing that time very smooth nice graphics. Then now i tried with Firefox + MSN + the COD under windows mode 800x600. IT HANGS. MY whole computer turn black colour screen then show back to the desktop then it continuous be like this. My graphic card can't support or what? Help is much appreciated

Hey guys! I just got this problem on my A42JA laptop. I have no problem a few days ago. Only today afternoon i had this problem . I tried opening a chat. Yes it does pop out. But it hangs and i need to wait awhile for the chat to pop out. What is the problem? I tried reinstalling and restarting the modem. NO changes. HELP?
