[addedon]August 16, 2011, 9:21 am[/addedon]I purchased a basic unit low cost apartment at Saujana Putra from agent. All the correspondence via Jayasuria & Associate and in charge by Mr Chua. My S&P date 27th Sept 2010.
I bought this unit suppose come with renovation package (but no black & white) show. Valuer report did stated renovated unit with tiles and plaster ceiling. So they mark up the unit price with renovation, so that loan can get higher. Till now my unit haven start any renovation yet, the agent still holding my renovation fund with him total 15k, I already chase him the money for about 2 months already. Need someone advise or need a lawyer to issue a letter of demand for me to chase him back the money.
I would appreciate who have friend or good lawyer can intro to me. Many thanks
