Workout: 5 days per week (around 1 hour ++ each day)

Cardio: Treadmill
Speed:5.0-6.5 mph (Walk fast)
Time : 30-45 min

Triceps/Biceps machine
15 kg-20 times

Chest press Machine
10 kg-20 times

Shoulder Press Machine
10 kg-20 times

Chest Fly Machine
10 kg-20 times

Hoping to reach 90kg by October.

Hi guys, just started going to the gym, did cardio exercise (treadmill) out few days ago.
Current weight: 111kg[COLOR=red]
Height: 170cm

My other parts of my body is looking bad,and shoulders are big.I drink a lot of cold water,maybe 5liter perday..
Hope to hit 90kg in 4 months (b4 hari raya), actually im quite blur on how should my routine look like.

Mind posting more information such as diet/workouts?ll appreciate if u guys can advise me. thx

hey guys,

i have problem where my laptop always shutdown when i surfing internet and watching movie.actually this problem starting last week and always happen every times per day..
when i try to turn on START button seems that no electric current and i need to unplug cable for a while and plug in again after a few moment..
When i enter the windows there is no error display,it seems there is nothing happen...pliz help me....
