Trade in expensive car for cheaper car?

Anyone has experience in this situation? let say u bought a car at 170k by borrowing bank loan
and after a year or so, you decided that this car you doesnt drive much, wanna get a cheap daily truck or car for children.
you still owe bank around 120k or so , market price around 130k+ if you sell it out yourself, secondhand dealer should give lower.
but the car you planning to buy around 80-90k.

1) will you be charged by bank, for early settlement (if says your car has been sold)? or any penalty by bank?
2) is the extra money will directly means 130k+ (market price) - 120k (your outstanding loan) = your extra money?
3) what else procedure or $$ do I need to prepare?
4) if I trade in my car straight away to the car dealer, what situation will I expect? since my car value is higher than the car I going to purchase?

hi there, recently my fren pass me a few files of .mpg ask me to join to and cut a few and edit it as a movie, but the moment i try to import the .mpg file, i got error msg saying "unsupported audio rate.." how should I solve this problem?... any thing that I done it wrong? what should I take care off?

and i try Window Movie Maker... it has this problem pula

hi there just wondering where can take some busy urban/city life shot? was thinking of bukit bintang street, but i hear from fren said that they are now very strict that visitor cant use DSLR on that place to snap photo, except for the compact digital camera... is it true? if so where else is suitable?

here it goes, i set up everything pc1 and pc2.. pc2 connects thru pc1..everything work fine, as pc2 yahoo can be browse, google, and some site, but pc2 cant sign in MSN messager, cant check friendster, cant download software at download.com ...whats the possibly problem? anyone help?

how can i make my object/text flip or spin horizontally?...i try to flip my font/object horizontally, and motion tween it, it become vertical spin...how?... horizontally spin mean it change the x width, not change in y height...

and how to do a flash that show a sparkling star that write a script word/font? any action FX needed?

i actually bought my w550i from a guy in internet forum, all this while was ok, until just now i found out my receiver got problem, i cant seem to listen anything when i call out or receive call....unless i use loudspeaker,,, whats the most probably caused this? and another problem is last time i buy from the guy in forum, he give me the waranty card unfilled, nt even chop by shop and had not been sent to SE....how? is it still valid?...can i still claim warranty from SE SC? if cant claim, is there any solution to make the waranty card valid back?...where can i get my phone repair?
