Hi ,

Do anyone know how much RM refunds that we can get if terminate the phone line + streamyx RM110 1MBps BB deal package ? (over the contract period already , so it is safe to terminate)

As I going to move out of my current residential area next year Jan . But the incoming new tenant asks me not to terminate anything, but transfer the ownership to he name and he will pay the refund deposit back to me as he do not want to wait for apply new phone line and Streamyx as the process is time consuming (As I heard phone line ownership can be transfer, but not streamyx )

Anyone here knows the detail ? ?

Rental house , so weird and funny

The scenario is like this. This house tenant consist of A , B , C , D , E , 5 person. They all agree to stay together. One of the friend(A) sign contract 1 year to rent this house. Means they using A name only in the contact as tenant for the whole house. However, C is the person that every month collect rental $$ from others(A,B,D,E) and then gather all the $$ and pass to house owner.

And the house owner mention that she didn't care about how many people are staying in the house. Every month pay rental according to amount in contract can already.

A have stayed for 11 month now , and want move out to another place BUT WILL continue to pay the remaining 1 month rental(he room part , not whole house , since the house rental is divide among them self according to size) till the end of the contract due to responsibility ma(but will not continue pay utility fee cos he not using it)

Now the problem arise , C say that if A move out , even though A still CONTINUE paying the rental for the remaining month. But the room is not longer own by A . C also asking A giving back key. C say this is the so called law/rules.

Is there really such RULE in rental thing like this ?

By right , A should have the legal power ma cos A name is in the contract for the whole house tenancy agreement not C , even-though C voluntarily to collect rental $$ from others(A,B,D,E) and pass to house owner every month. A even have the authority to halau C to get out from the house ?

I just need min speed of 128kbps download and upload ( enough for me already )

Any bb suggestion that below RM30 per month for unlimited usage ?

LCD monitor burn out

The case is like this , few day ago , a sudden lighting strike in my area during evening. When I go back home , I found out that , my modem and my 17' BenQ LCD monitor malfunction (I suspect the lighting go though phone line then strike my modem and my desktop, somehow my desktop not affected but my monitor that connected to the desktop kena strike)

My monitor only keep flashing yellow light , nothing on the screen , blank . Tried several time and replug all thing still the same. Is this monitor 'die' already?
Anyone experience this kind of situation before? If repair , I think costly because no more warranty

Hey , I got one problem here . Whenever I wear black shoe go to work. My leg will sweat . And the sweat will make my shoe and sock smelly , and make me quite if I am inside office due to the smell. I should find shoe that have 'hole' to allow air flow so that wont so smelly or ? Any guys facing this problem? Please give some opinion about it. *My self dun have smelly leg problem if I dun wear black shoe*
