hello guys

i always read from the forum that shell is the always famous ones(pls disregard SBSC), that have good increment, with a very tempting salary range and bonus ? I was wondering if there's anyone here knows there are multinational companies out there that can be competitive with shell's salary & perks ?

is it really shell the only company that can offer the best ? seriously....

i dont know, but deep down my gut, it doent feel like shell can offer the best....

was wondering how do you differentiate between a new one or a re-con one ? can anyone know the things to check on ? sometimes when you go to a shop and you bargain with the shop seller, maybe the shop seller dont show you they dont like it, but instead they replace it with a re-con one ? that looks like new ?

was wondering for water heater and air-con, do you trust the shops that you see by the main road there to install water heater and air-con for you ? Will that shop simply hire another person(from other place) to install your water heater or air-con which might pose electrical dangers ?

was wondering if it is possible to get quotation of rm12K which includes the following :

- kitchen cabinet ( u shape ) ---> use granite, hehehe, forget to add.
- sliding door
- grill for main entrance, yard and toilet
- installation of hob, hood, under mould sink
- installation of all lights ( around 12 pieces ) plus 2 fans
- installation of bathroom accessories ( 2 cloth hanger, 2 mirror )
- installation of curtain hanger
- installation of cloth hanger(big one - 5 feet) in yard area

again this is not house, but just a condo

is it possible ?

just kinda curious we all know shell as a very good company, BUT out of curiosity, does many people do quit from shell and join other places ? shell seems like trimming their number of employees/benefits....
