How to Enable Broadband Control on 4G LTE router?

Dear Sifus,

I currently have a Digi Infinite 150 in a TP-Link TL-MR6400.

Just wanna ask about connecting another router to a 4G LTE router and being able to use broadwidth control or a workround to achieve this.

I have a 4G LTE Router - TP-Link TL-MR6400 which is where i put my 4G sim card but by doing so i cant access the bandwidth control. i want to ask how can i use bandwidth control? whether i attach another router to my 4G LTE using Lan cable or WDS? and can i broadcast 2 different wifi names? how can i go about doing this?

My Internet Full Speed is 20mbps
My goal is to :
1. Have fixed IP for my devices which will run at full speed always.
2. But give out specific IPs that run at 2048kbps only using broadband control

how can i achieve this sifus?
would kindly appreciate your help

I did try connecting 2 routers together (Using Lan cable)
main router 4G LTE IP 192.168.1.1
- Main router running DHCP
- ive also added all my fixed IP devices to main router.
- Wifi on (Name 1) Channel 1

2nd Router 192.168.1.2
- DHCP off.
- Wifi on (Name 2) Channel 6
- This works fine but i cant do broadband control still.
- I also tried to on DHCP with a different range but get network error and no internet speed.

Do i need a 3rd router only i am able to achieve this? i'm i missing something or doing something wrong or what is the workaround to it? or just not possible to achieve this?

if any sifus have done this or know how to do it. i would appreciate it so much if you could kindly explain how.

Hi guys

My new house is almost completed, and i was thinking of either getting a 4k TV or a Projector.
Does anyone have Sony VPL-VW1000ES 4K Projector ?? or know where i can test one to see the depth and clarity of it in and within Kuala Lumpur ?

If any of you have one? do you mind sharing how was the quality or how do you rate it?

Any help would be kindly appreciated.
