Gomen should revised the planned stations, reduce from 7 stations to 4 stations, leaving
Iskandar Puteri, Melaka, Sepang-Putrajaya, Bandar Malaysia.

believe cost will be reduced by 30% with less stations, less land acquisition with railroad away from enter town area but on palm land.

Iskandar Puteri - keep, for johor people & singaporean transit
Batu Pahat - scrap, ada apa in Batu Pahat?
Muar - scrap, ada apa in Muar?
Melaka- keep. tourist town
Seremban - scrap. nothing special town
Sepang-Putrajaya - keep, connect to Klia
Bandar Malaysia - keep, transport hub

House water tank pipe shaking/ vibrate

Three months ago my house water tank's pipe inlet section keep shaking vibrate whenever water entering. The pipe will knock against the wall produce loud noise.Once the water tank fully fill, the pipe will stop shaking and no more noise.

The plumber said is the air from Syabas mainline cause the pipe vibrate. He modified the pipe and add a stopcock on the pipe before enter to water tank. Since then, no more pipe shake. But these few days the pipe start to vibrate again with lower magnitude.

Anyone here experience my case like this before? How to solve? Thank you.

House morning no electricity

Today early morning 1.30am house no electricity. Too hot can't sleep. Called TNB half hour later. Surprisingly got operator answered. Operator said power will back 2-3 hours later. That will be 5am morning, no need to sleep. Luckily power back around 3.30am. thank god. Quickly on back aircon back to sleep.

My housing loan is under MRTA and I am thinking to reduce the loan principal.

Let say the original loan amount is 500k with currently 400k outstanding.
If I bank in 100k today but one week later I pass away, the insurance company will pay 300k only?
Then no point to reduce the loan principal at any time, am I right?
