Second Interview with HR Manager

Hello guys,

I've been invited for the second interview for a Quality-related Engineer position in MNC organization. I have browsed over the forum and Internet; looking for a specific set of tips and advices pertaining to my condition but it seems to be insufficient to me. The first interview was with Hiring Manager last week. I've called the HR personnel in confirming that for this position, it requires two stage of interviews upon landing a job offer, if successful.

Among the issues playing in my mind are:
1. What are the things they assessing at this stage?
2. Is it more on the 'staff handbook' or 'personal characteristics' thing?
3. What are his/her specific expectation from me at this stage?
4. Other than salary negotiation, what are the things that need mutual acceptance during this moment?
5. What is my success/failure rate? (i'll re-confirm on the number of the short-listed candidates)

FYI, I have 2 years of related industrial working experience.
Your experience-sharing and tips are highly appreciated.

Thanks!
