            <description>All highrise development nowadays all come with so many fancy facilities, wondering all these is what market demand for?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you guys will prefer basic &amp;amp; simple facility which keep the maintenance fees low or fancy &amp;amp; advance but high maintenance fees?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In my thought most basic &amp;amp; simple will be like:&lt;br /&gt;- Security&lt;br /&gt;- Function hall&lt;br /&gt;- Garden &amp;amp; play ground&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;which facility below you guys are consider as basic too:&lt;br /&gt;- Gym&lt;br /&gt;- Badminton court&lt;br /&gt;- Fusal&lt;br /&gt;- Basket ball court&lt;br /&gt;- Swimming pool&lt;br /&gt;- etc ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And what is the maintenance fees range ( RM /sq ft ) you guys can accept?</description>

            <description>There is project package has many discount, but I feel strange that the price indicate in SPA is after certain discount. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For example, the selling price is RM800k, and they offer 22% discount, price in SPA is after 10% discount which is RM720k. Do this make any sense?</description>
