- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- Experience/Knowledge working with PHP and core knowledge of PHP MVC frameworks (Phalcon, Laravel, CodeIgniter etc.)
- Experience/Knowledge in managing API services (REST and SOAP), OOP (Object-oriented Programming)
- Good working knowledge in MYSQL, design and query optimisation of databases
- Good understanding of the basic web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Jquery
- Experience/Knowledge in version control systems (GIT).

All highrise development nowadays all come with so many fancy facilities, wondering all these is what market demand for?

Do you guys will prefer basic & simple facility which keep the maintenance fees low or fancy & advance but high maintenance fees?

In my thought most basic & simple will be like:
- Security
- Function hall
- Garden & play ground

which facility below you guys are consider as basic too:
- Gym
- Badminton court
- Fusal
- Basket ball court
- Swimming pool
- etc ?

And what is the maintenance fees range ( RM /sq ft ) you guys can accept?

It mean whoever sold 3 property within 2 years, you should paid for Business tax ( 45% ) instead of RPGT as LHDN define it as business activity.

And it apply to whoever sell certain number of properties during 2011~2014 too.

Any boss here kena?

SPA Price After Discount

There is project package has many discount, but I feel strange that the price indicate in SPA is after certain discount.

For example, the selling price is RM800k, and they offer 22% discount, price in SPA is after 10% discount which is RM720k. Do this make any sense?

Canon Pixma iP2770 Paper Jam

Dear All,

I am having a Canon Pixma iP2770 which having problem in printing. The printer will feed in partial of paper before start printing, and it prompt paper jam when there has print job to start. I really have no clue how to fix this.

Appreciate any help.
