I had bought this model Ed1200c in Jusco Kepong in 03 April 2009, it was a great things can help on education, but recently i just open and saw have a crack sound inside beside the logo, i was so sad and call the sales person in jusco kepong, however the person say have warranty and ask us go to meet them, after we reach there and show them and they just say is human work, no warranty for that, and she say 100% is fall to floor, my gf so angry when hear, and told them how to break inside if fall on floor, that price able to buy a notebook, they keep saying no warranty because it is our fault to make it break, we seldom use and it's manufacture problem, then when i ask for their manager contact they refuse to give, but when i say i go meet ur GM and their say their help me send back to factory and will ask them contact us within 1 week, after customer service person call us and request for repair money, i'm not going to pay any because is under warranty at 1st, 2nd is inside problem, not our fault, why we need to pay for a thing which is not over 1 year. What is this kind of service, i put here because want to let u all know how terrible of Appletree are.
