currently i'm using streamyx rm 44 for limited 60 hours, if i'm gonna change to stremyx combo 512 kbps........do i still need to pay other fees such as installation fees?

I am totally ashamed of the services a listed company offered ....
i have made 3 complaint since june 26 but nothing is solved after more than 1 week ....

I am currently subscribe to hotlink 365 and it going to expired in July ...but suddenly last week, i could not call nor sms and when i dial *122# to check balance, it stated there that service not available and they able to solve it but it's expired now .... i have wait them for more than 1 week but it seem like they just ignore it

in addition, i did go to the maxis center in klcc and i find out that the staff told me that HotlinkYouth club is not longer available after 1st of May ...i wonder is that services that a listed company is provided ? i learn that this package is still available in www.hotlink.com.my and i also learn that some people even can port in to this package with their hotlink number ...

i have made another complaint today through their customer service's website ...and i am going to send 2 complaint each day till they solve my problem

i just bought an external hard disk at last pc fair and i found out today that it's not work as my comp cannot detect it but the light is still on .....i try to connect the drive in another computer but the problem remains.... can i know what is the problem???

If i want to change my RAM ( i mean buy a new 1) ....will it affected my system or hardisk?

but i dunnoe whether my motherboard can support the memory onot...
currently my system is:
intel pentium 4 2.4 ghz
ATI radeon 9100 IGP (p4R800-vw)
ram is 256 mb but dunnoe wat type...if not mistaken is DDR

if i wanna add a new ram...i have to find same type (ram)?
and if i wanna change the types, it still have to depend on the motherboard??
