What are the procedures that i should take to settle my outstanding loan?
Public bank semi flexi loan.

The branch staff told me that i need to write in and give 1 month notice before i can clear the remaining loan.
Do i need to hire lawyer for transferring the geran after this?

Quick questions about RPGT

The new revised RPGT applied start from 2014? Means if sign SnP now still using back the old RPGT rate?

And how the count 5 yrs (6th year no RPGT)?
Let say I signed my house SnP on Dec 2009, if I sell after Dec 2014 or Dec 2015 only can waive the RPGT?

Let say u parked at the side of a road (which not supposed to park car) and waiting for ppl while u are still inside the car.
Then few days later u realized u got saman because of this offense but u didn't get any polis approached u and handed u the saman on that day itself.

Is that possible or can this happened?

Procedures on selling car

I have an old car for sale. The roadtax had expired last few months. The condition is quite bad and need major repair (such as repaint, do some welding, dismantling the front and rear mirrors, some parts changing and service) before it can comfortably used.

I'm thinking of either selling it for cheap price or scrapping it. The difference of these 2 ways might be just few hundred bucks only. The problem is i dunno the procedures of selling car and i'm not sure whether it can go through the Puspakom or not given it's current condition. And I don't plan to fully fix it before selling, don't want go through this hassle also.

If i sell to new owner, i want to make sure the car registration card ownership is not under my name anymore as i don't want to take the risk it will be being used to do crime or got some saman.

So i want to check if the procedures are correct from what i think.
1) Buyer view the car
2) If agree, buyer pay me, sign some forms that prove i had sell the car to the buyer, then the buyer take the car back. (but the car registration card still under my name)
3) Then buyer fix the car and take it to inspection later, once passed, change name and i have to be present as well.
4) Then the car ownership is officially changed

Am i correct?

Hospitals that treat heart attack disease

My dad just treated to have heart disease, at least one of the artery was blocked.
Now he was warded in Gleneagles ICU, his condition had improved a bit and will be transfer to normal ward soon.

Yesterday the checkup report showed his condition was quite serious hence being advised by doctor to admit to ICU. Need further scan tomorrow to confirm further actions.

If surgery treatment is needed either by balloon inflated or bypass, can recommend some hospitals (IJN? etc?) to me that pretty good in this and charge reasonable fee (i don't expect it will be very cheap). I worry our family couldn't afford Gleneagles any further though the doctor treat my dad was a quite famous heart disease specialist from what i heard.

Our family plan now is to wait my dad condition more stable and discharged from Gleneagles and transfer to other hospitals if surgery needed.

Hope got 3G and can video call and acceptable camera quality.
She is using K750i at the moment.

Last time i bought SE Naite for my dad, only RM330 if not mistaken, the phone not bad. Any other phone offer better spec/price?

Gear hard to engage

My myvi manual, sometimes the 1st gear and reverse gear are hard to engage.
I have to release my clutch, and re-press, then only can engage.
This happened very frequently, maybe 1-2 times per 10 times when i want to engage to 1st gear.

Any idea what's wrong?
