Mat Rempit nuisance

Recently, i moved in to this new place only to find out the road behind my house which is a dead end is actually a hang out place for the kids from nearby flat. They will hang out in the evening till midnite making a nuisance to the otherwise a very quite neighborhood.
They gather and revving their loud motobikes engines & doing their stunt along the backlane. This has caused a lot of noise pollution especially at night when you return from work.
The police came by a few times & they stop coming for a few days but return with their routine later. There seems to be no ending to this menace caused by this irresponsible people.
Any suggestion how i can tackle this matter, I know making police report is the only way but they will somehow return.

Autogate price

I plan to change my existing autogate with a bifold & trackless. The vendor quoted me the aluminium gate & all other parts that need to change except for the motor which is still working. The gate size measure 5.6 feet x 13 feet & price is around rm9.2k for gate & installation. I have no idea if this price is right based on current market. Any advise is greatly helpful. Thank you.

Recently i noticed a small area at the bootom of the screen tend to flicker when i turn the brightness all the way to 100%. Anyone xperience this? Could this be faulty screen. Btw, when i lower the brightness down, the flicker is gone.
