STREAMYX SERVICE INTERRUPTION IN SUNGAI WAY, TAMAN PETALING & GOMBAK

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to inform our Streamyx customers that Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ will be performing a network upgrading exercise from 11.00pm, Tuesday, 26th May 2009 until 6.00am, Wednesday, 27th May 2009.

As a result, Streamyx customers in Sungai Way, Taman Petaling & Gombak may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure you that the service would resume to normal after this period.

TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused whilst the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our network to enable us to serve you better.

Customers can call TM at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any Streamyx related problems.

SERVICE INTERRUPTION AT INTERNET CONTACT CENTRE

Dear Valued Customers,

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ wishes to inform our customers that its Internet Contact Center will be performing an upgrading exercise for its telephony system on Saturday, 16 May from 1.00 am until 3.00 am.

Therefore, you may experience difficulties in reaching us at 1 300 88 9515 during the system upgrading period. However, you may still reach us at 100. Alternatively, you may reach us at help@tm.com.my. We wish to assure you that our services would be back to normal after the said period.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that we are upgrading our services to serve you better.

As a result, Streamyx customers in Puchong, Kepong, Segambut, Jalan Kuching, Jalan Ipoh and Subang Jaya may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure you that the service would resume to normal after this period.
