Even the TM 100 does not direct to any support and disconnected.

Hi all,

I am a Streamyx user for some time. I've seen that TM in the early days can deliver the kind of service that is adequate and deteriorate with no improvement in sight.

Recently a thunderstorm knock off my modem. This is my first experience and dialled 100 to get a report filed so the TM technician can come and replace it.

I asked the technician how may subscribers were effected from the thunderstorm and said 150 in my area and 500 in Seremban. That is quite a number to serve and get all effected Streamyx user up and running again.

Let move on from the intro into Streamyx service in Negeri Sembilan.

Did you know that Negeri Sembilan is the top state among the 13 states that provide a good Streamyx service. TM HQ was so impressed that they decide to make Negeri Sembilan as an example and model to be followed by the other states. TM HQ wanted to show off what a good team they have in Negeri Sembilan that they have invited telco professional from all over the world to come to Negeri Sembilan.

Once arrived in Negeri Sembilan the representatives were shock to find that things are not what they seems to be.

Someone with career ambition in TM Negeri Sembilan falsify report to look that everything is running smoothly and the 500 Streamyx subscriber hit by thunderstorm didnt appear in the report to TM HQ.

After they did an audit they find that TM Negeri Sembilan is in the last place among the 13 states. This has been going for some time and it took professional outside the TM organization to uncover. Otherwise this practice would be repeating and Streamyx subscriber would be at a loss.

For all Streamyx subscriber in Negeri Sembilan please post your experience here so together we can take action demanding TM Negeri Sembilan to be accountable and change to serve us.

I know theres a lot of frustration and foul language will not get us any where.

State the fact and tell what you would like to be done.

Hi all,

Today my Crt monitor turns pink. Everything can hardly be viewed. Did check the vga cable.

This evening turn my pc back on and all is ok.

Can anyone tell what is the problem or had any experience like this.

Is this a warning that my monitor will die soon

Two Hard Disk Two XP

I'm asking you all I wanted to to have to boot 2 xp on 2 HD.

1st boot would contain all my work stuff very tight with Firewall and anti whatever for security.

2nd on another HD contains all the shady stuff (leisure) no protection.

The 2nd HD is an external HD. If I'm not working normally on weekends I would boot from the 2nd HD and disconnect the internal 1st HD. Go to Bios and set the boot to the external USB HD.

I appreciate any feedback.
