This company seems to promote itself through this blog catpas and uses the term banker a little bit too much IMHO . Anyway they seem to post their videos on youtube and with with the testimonial form their employees on how great it is 2 work with them ....... however the name of the company is always hidden expect for the phrase " You will be a banker with one of Malaysia leading banks.... " Anyone have an idea which company is it

Hi,

3 days ago i had interesting conversation with my friend about interracial marriages in Malaysia, the 1 thing that stuck in my mind is that if it's a Indian/Chinese marriage the man will always be Indian and the woman will always be Chinese ... never the other way around ..... did some study during lunch hour these past 3 days in KL i notice this to be true...... maybe got the other way around but percentage very low.. just wondering why ?

Yesterday my friend show me this offer letter that he so bodoh already sign that he have 6 months resignation notice period even in probation period . I was like you crazy ... next time if want to change job how ??... who on earth will wait 6 months for you or even offer to buy you out ?

Have you guys seen a notice period that long before , what the longest notice anyone had to face ? If yes how did you manage to escape when changing jobs.

Hi,

I am seriously considering switching my career after nearly 5 years as i feel it's completely useless to continue something that you have no passion for anymore. However what am afraid is how to justify to the potential employer on why i want to change ? The taught of applying let alone facing the interview session is freaking me out but it's something i seriously have to do otherwise I'll go

Here what I'm afraid will happen it i go unprepared to the interview :

Interviewer : So you have a degree in this field and been working so long also the this chosen field, so why do you
want to suddenly change ? Lost interest or money no good or something like that, how do you know
that after 1 years or maybe even 6 months you will not feel the same about this field, you see the
main issue is how do I know as an employer that you are really serious about this position and not
just want to try something new because you suddenly feel bored or demotivated ?

Me : Well actually i want to change because i.... want to... i...

Interviewer : Yes .... continue

Me : Actually i .... to be honest sir really hate my current line of work and want to change
