KUALA LUMPUR: PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) menutup semula ruangan komen di laman Facebook (FB) rasminya selepas ramai pengguna lebuh raya meluahkan tidak puas hati dengan penggunaan Identifikasi Frekuensi Radio (RFID).

Difahamkan, ruangan komen itu sebelum ini dibuka namun kini ia ditutup kecuali pelayar media sosial boleh memberikan maklum balas 'like' dan 'kongsi'.

Kebanyakan komen yang ditinggalkan di laman media sosial itu sekitar lima jam yang lalu dan tiada komen baharu setakat pagi ini.

PLUS mengumumkan peralihan kepada sistem pembayaran transaksi tol RFID secara berperingkat bermula Sabtu lalu.

Namun sepanjang tiga hari ini, masih ada pengguna yang menggunakan pelekat RFID berdepan kesulitan ketika melalui plaza tol.

Semalam, Menteri Kanan (Kerja Raya), Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof, mengarahkan PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) dan Touch 'n Go (TNG) supaya memberi penjelasan serta mencari penyelesaian terbaik berhubung pelbagai isu berkaitan RFID.

Katanya, pihaknya sudah memanggil PLUS dan TNG untuk memastikan semua isu berkaitan pelaksanaan RFID berupaya diselesaikan secepat mungkin.

Beliau berkata, kementerian akan terus memantau dan memastikan kedua-dua syarikat berkenaan menyelesaikan sebarang isu berhubung penggunaan lorong RFID.

Sementara itu, Ketua Perhubungan Libat Urus Strategik PLUS Malaysia Berhad, Syed Mohammed Idid berkata, pengguna yang menghadapi masalah boleh mendapatkan bantuan melalui Direct Message (DM), emel, twitter dengan menyertakan maklumat spesifik.

"PLUS sentiasa terbuka dan sedia membantu pelanggan yang menghadapi masalah namun mereka perlu memberikan butiran lanjut kerana ia lebih memudahkan untuk kami bantu," katanya kepada BH.

Dalam pada itu, seorang pengguna dengan nama Mohd Khairuddin Ab Samad, berharap PLUS tidak menutup lorong SmartTag, berikutan ia sangat menyukarkan pengguna sedia ada.

Beliau mencadangkan lorong Touch N Go dan SmartTag dibuat di lorong yang sama.

Seorang lagi pengguna dengan nama Abu Fawwaz Nur Farhah, mempersoalkan kajian yang dilakukan PLUS itu meliputi semua aspek atau sebaliknya.

"Tidak pasti kajian ini meliputi semua aspek atau tidak? Rata-rata kereta baharu sudah ada sistem SmartTAG yang efektif.. Ia menyusahkan dan suatu pelaksanaan yang tidak efektif," katanya.

Gang 36 members enter Melaka with ‘Miti letter,’ stage RM1.2mil robbery

MELAKA: Five members of the notorious Gang 36 used a permission letter from the international trade and industry ministry issued to essential businesses to enter Melaka – before robbing a businessman of RM1.2 million in his condominium unit in Klebang, here.

Melaka police chief Abdul Majid Mohd Ali said the group used two luxury vehicles in the June 5 incident, with one of them having two stickers resembling the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) logo.

Following the incident, he said police formed a special task force to track down the suspects before arresting five men, aged 27 to 37, in a raid in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur at 3.45 pm, two days later.

Police did not say if the Miti letter was a fake document.

Abdul Majid said that in the 8.30pm robbery, the 54-year-old victim and his wife were tied up and threatened with a parang, before their home was ransacked. However, both of them and their two children, aged eight and nine, were unharmed.

“Four criminals entered the victim’s house through the front door and were not wearing any masks during the robbery, while the weapon was obtained in the house.

“They took away various personal items such as jewellery, a sword collection, cash and a Range Rover car after five hours of ransacking the house,” he told a news conference here, today.

All the suspects have previous criminal and drug records and have been remanded for five days until tomorrow, he added.

The case is being investigated under Sections 379A and 395 of the Penal Code for vehicle theft and armed robbery.
