Last night when i was brushing my teeth, i realised i have a chipped molar tooth! its on the right just before the wisdom tooth. I has a worried now, as i'm overseas and dental services can be very expensive. It will be another month and i'll be back in Malaysia, advise anyone? also how much will a tooth crown or filling cost? The chipped molar size is a little bit less than a quarter of the tooth

Confused on .avi divx and .mkv x264

Hi guys i'm confused between these 2 video containers, sometimes when i download anime there will be many formats for it so i was wondering are videos encoded in x264 (usually around 55mb) is much more smaller then those in .avi format (usually around 170mb). So are the 2 the same? I want to have good quality but save some space as well.

topic. I'm currently using Hand Brake to convert my dvds into .mkv files and it works pretty good producing good quality rips. the thing is, it takes around 3 to 4 hours for me to rip a dvd and uses 90% of my cpu. any recommendations for dvd ripping tools? or should i just stick with Hand Brake?

Hey i'm a noob in laptops and need some here. so i have been thinking of getting a new laptop since my old one has been really slow nowadays and i'm thinking of getting the HP DV2, specs as following:

Well i would like to use this to run Photoshop CS4, watch and stream HD videos, some multitasking and some gaming on med settings ( Red Alert 3, Left4dead, bioshock, f.e.a.r 2 etc.) Is this laptop powerful enough? If not are there any recommendations? preferbly a lighter and smaller laptop as i'm an uni student
